Recent Client Projects
Clearing the Air for Asia Society
Asia Society and MediaStorm collaborated to publish Clearing the Air: China's Environmental Challenge.

With the 2008 Olympics starting in a matter of days, Beijing's air quality has been under close scrutiny, and despite efforts to clean it up, the pollution still poses a serious problem for everyone around. Clearing the Air looks at the overall causes of the problem, featuring a broad overview, a daily photo diary documenting "blue sky days", and resources for more information.
Bearing Witness for Reuters
In March, Reuters and MediaStorm collaborated to create Bearing Witness: Five Years of the Iraq War, coinciding with the war's 5th anniversary.

Reuters video, photography, info-graphics and journalists are showcased in this five chapter interactive application, which includes a timeline of the Iraq War made up of 223 still images and 15 videos, and five maps drawn from dozens of pages of data. The project was featured in Times Square, and won for Best Multimedia (video) at the New York Photo Awards.
Crisis Guide for the Council on Foreign Relations
MediaStorm collaborated with The Council on Foreign Relations to produce Crisis Guide: The Israeli-Palestinian Conflict.

Produced in consultation with experts at the Council on Foreign Relations, Arab and Israeli sources, as well as an array of independent scholars, former officials, diplomats, and experts on the region's political and economic history, this guide offers an in-depth look at the history of the conflict and its geopolitical repercussions. This is the third in the series of Crisis Guides for The Council on Foreign Relations.
Curse of the Black Gold for Talking Eyes Media
Ed Kashi has recently released his latest project: Curse of the Black Gold: 50 Years of Oil in the Niger Delta.

A powerful look at the effect the past 50 years of oil exploitation has had on Nigeria's environment and society. Between the book, a multimedia project (co-produced with MediaStorm), and a cohesive website, there is a lot of really great material to pore over here. The multimedia piece was awarded Best Multimedia (audio) at the New York Photo Awards.
